Custom assembly from drawings is at the heart of our production. Starting from client-supplied technical files — DXF, DWG or dimensioned PDF — our team analyses every detail before production begins.
Every component is manufactured to tight tolerances and then assembled in a planned sequence to ensure the structural integrity of the finished product. Job coding gives us full traceability at every stage.

Bending is carried out with a CNC press brake, ensuring accurate, repeatable angles on steel sheets. The machine can be programmed for complex multi-bend geometries, delivering consistent results even in serial production.
We provide bending based on technical drawings, with tolerances aligned with industry standards. Ideal for profiles, boxes, frames and structural components.
Our welding department works with certified welders specialised in MIG/MAG welding, a process that supports high-quality serial production on structures of any size.
We work from single components to complete load-bearing structures. All welds are performed in compliance with EN ISO 3834 requirements and the technical specifications supplied by the client.

We manufacture steel fire staircases in compliance with Italian building regulations, including the Ministerial Decree of 14 January 2008 (NTC 2008) and its NTC 2018 update. Each staircase is custom-sized according to the building layout and expected loads.
From the load-bearing frame to chequer-plate or grating treads, from railings to intermediate landings, everything is produced in-house to guarantee quality and reliable timing.

Notarfer steel canopies are designed to last and withstand weather exposure. We build canopies for entrances, loading and unloading areas, covered parking spaces and industrial facilities.
The supporting structure is made of painted or galvanised steel. Roofing can be made of polycarbonate, corrugated sheet metal or glass, depending on the client’s aesthetic and functional requirements.

Steel mezzanines are an ideal solution for optimising warehouse, industrial and office spaces. The load-bearing structures are sized by certified partner engineering firms with whom we work on a regular basis, giving clients a complete service from design to installation.
Each mezzanine is designed according to the expected load per square metre, ensuring structural safety and regulatory compliance. Access stairs, railings and safety gates can be included.
Load capacity: from 200 to 1000 kg/m² and above, subject to structural sizing.
We manufacture driveway gates, pedestrian gates and steel fencing for residential, commercial and industrial use. Each piece is made to measure and can be automated with sliding or swing motors.
Fencing is available in several configurations: metal mesh on tubular frames, steel posts and rails, grating panels or perforated sheet metal. Epoxy powder coating is available in any RAL colour.
We manufacture steel railings for indoor and outdoor stairs, balconies, terraces and mezzanines. Designs range from classic vertical bars to contemporary solutions with perforated sheet metal, stainless-steel cable or tempered glass.
Every piece is produced in-house with close attention to finish quality and long-term durability. Corten steel is also available for high-impact architectural effects.

Metal roofing structures are custom-built to cover outdoor areas of industrial facilities, car parks, waiting areas and service spaces. Structural design is handled by our certified partner engineering firms, who size the steel structures according to snow and wind loads for the installation area.
Roofing can be made from galvanised or pre-painted corrugated sheet metal, translucent polycarbonate for bright environments, insulated panels for thermal requirements, or aluminium for applications requiring maximum lightness and corrosion resistance. Finishing with galvanised steel or aluminium gutters and downpipes is available.
On request, we provide a structural design signed by a qualified technician for municipal procedures.
Notarfer gives clients the option to request protective and finishing surface treatments for fabricated steel products. We work with certified plants to ensure high quality standards and long-term durability.
Hot-dip galvanising (a process compliant with EN ISO 1461) consists of immersing the steel product in a bath of molten zinc at about 450°C. The result is a continuous, adherent and uniform metallic coating on all surfaces, including internal areas, edges and corners that are difficult to reach with other processes.
Epoxy powder coating is a dry electrostatic process (compliant with EN 13438) in which powders are applied with an electrostatic gun and polymerised in an oven at about 180–200°C. The resulting film is hard, compact, solvent-free and resistant to impacts, abrasion and chemicals.
